Cali Auto Glass stands behind its work by offering a limited warranty on the workmanship for windshield repairs and windshield or window replacements. This ensures customers receive reliable, high-quality service with the confidence that their safety and satisfaction are our top priorities.
what is covered
At Cali Auto Glass, chip repairs are performed to restore the structural integrity of your glass ro windshield. While repairs prevent further damage, the damaged area may not completely disappear. Factors like the size and condition of the break can sometimes cause it to spread during the repair process, making it unrepairable. If this happens, don’t worry—Cali Auto Glass will credit the cost of the repair toward a windshield replacement.
We are proud to offer a limited lifetime warranty on workmanship for windshield and glass replacements. This warranty remains valid for as long as you own the vehicle in which the glass was installed. Any defects in workmanship will be addressed, provided they are reported to Cali Auto Glass within 30 days of installation. We are committed to delivering reliable, high-quality service and ensuring your satisfaction with every job.
The presence of corrosion or damage on or around the bonding surface may prevent proper installation or void the warranty. Our warranty does not cover leaks, stress cracks, or related damage resulting from installations on vehicles with rust or damage to the pinch weld or surrounding areas. If you’re unsure about the condition of your vehicle, we can inspect and guide you through the process to achieve a lasting, safe result.
